We want you to feel confident trying at-home IPL. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within the return window shown in our refund policy and checkout terms.

Please return the device with all included accessories when possible. If the product has been opened or used, eligibility can depend on your region and the condition of the device.

What's your warranty policy?

Your device is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the warranty period listed on your product page, packaging, or support documents.

The warranty does not normally cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, unauthorized repair, or normal cosmetic wear. If something seems wrong, contact support with your order number and photos or a short video so we can help quickly.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, domestic delivery often takes around 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier.

During launches, promotions, and holidays, processing may take a little longer. International orders can also be delayed by customs.

I am having an issue with my device

Try these quick steps first:

  • Fully charge the device using the recommended cable and power source.
  • Clean the treatment window and make sure the device is dry.
  • Review your manual to confirm the intensity level and treatment steps.

If the device still will not power on, flashes an error, or feels unusually hot, stop use and contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Is IPL right for me?

IPL works best when there is strong contrast between your skin tone and hair color. It is generally most effective on darker hair and lighter to medium skin tones.

It may not be suitable for very dark skin tones or for very light, red, grey, or white hair. Do not use over tattoos, moles, broken skin, or around the eyes. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or use photosensitizing medication, speak with a qualified professional before starting.

How do I get the best results?

Consistency is the key to seeing smoother, longer-lasting results.

  • Shave before each session so the light can target the follicle.
  • Follow the treatment schedule in your manual rather than overusing the device.
  • Avoid tanning and wear SPF on treated areas when exposed to the sun.
  • Stay patient. IPL works over time as hair cycles through growth phases.

How long until I see results?

Many people notice slower regrowth or finer hair within 4 to 8 weeks of consistent use, with more visible reduction over 8 to 12 weeks.

Results vary depending on the area treated, hair color, hormones, and how closely you follow the treatment plan.

How often should I use my IPL device?

Most routines begin with one treatment per week on each area for the first several weeks, followed by maintenance sessions as growth slows.

Always follow your device instructions. Using it more often than recommended will not necessarily improve results and can irritate the skin.

Does IPL hurt?

Most people describe IPL as a warm snap or quick flick on the skin. Sensation depends on the treatment area, your sensitivity, and the intensity level.

Start low and increase gradually only if comfortable. If you experience strong pain, blistering, or marked irritation, stop treatment and seek professional advice.

Which areas can I treat?

Common treatment areas include legs, underarms, bikini line, arms, and body areas listed in your manual.

Never use IPL around the eyes, on eyelashes or brows, on irritated skin, or over tattoos, permanent makeup, or raised dark moles.

How should I prep before a treatment?

Clean and dry the area, then shave before treatment. Avoid waxing or plucking because IPL needs the follicle in place to work effectively.

Do not apply heavy oils, strong acids, or self-tanner right before your session. Make sure skin is calm and free from sunburn.

How do I clean and store the device?

Power the device off before cleaning. Wipe the treatment window gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and keep the body of the device dry.

Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep the treatment window free of residue.
